Terms and Conditions

Bookings and Payments
A 25% deposit is required to make a reservation – you can pay by debit/credit card, electronic transfer, cash or by cheque, which ever is easier for you.  The balance is payable eight weeks before your booking and we will be in touch around that time if we haven’t already heard from you. 

Cancellations and Refunds
We will always do our best to re-let your tents and if we can we will refund the cost of your booking in full.  However if the notice given is too short or we are unable to rebook your dates we will try to offer you alternative dates, which are available, instead.

Delivery and Assembly 
We will deliver your bell tents and fully assemble and furnish them at your chosen location on the arranged day and time and then  return, dismantle and remove the bell tents once you have finished using them on the arranged day and time.

Dismantle and Removal
Once you have finished using the bell tents we will return on the agreed day and time and dismantle and remove the bell tents from your location. 

Logs and Campfire wood
We can provide logs and wood for campfires.  Speak to us about this at the time of enquiry and booking.

Entertainment
As well as providing premium grade bell tents for hire we can also help you with arrangements for all kinds of other activities and entertainment.  From music to marquees, catering to cocktail bars we have lots of exciting options you can add to your special occasion.
